The Foil Program
Students will form a preference for either sabre or foil over the course of the Beginner classes. If a student decides to specialize in foil, they will join the Foil Program and attend twice-weekly Foil Practices. These classes will expand upon their mechanical and technical foundations, with an emphasis on widening skillsets and understanding the tactical progression of foil bouts.
Intermediate students in the Foil program are strongly encouraged to compete at the Local and Regional levels. Participation in Sunday Conditioning is heavily advised (learn more).

Price: $120/month

Prerequisite: successful completion of the Beginner Class (or demonstrate commensurate experience/skill)

Club equipment is available; however, personal gear is encouraged.
Students should wear athletic clothes and gym shoes to each class. Water bottles are provided at the club, but we also recommend that students bring their own.
